It's kind of embarrassing to admit that you are hooked on a kids TV show, but I like to reassure myself by remembering that some women watch soap operas and desperate housewifes, etc. That will be my rationalization... putting others down:)! So if you have not caught on to Arthur, it is on PBS a couple times a day and it is great. I tivo it and my kids are tired of it, but we watch it daily.9.17.2009

oh i love it too and arthur books were my favorite when i was little. and that pesky DW i tell you what!
I'll admit that I really like Curious George!! We get busy and miss it a lot - and have no tivo, but I do like kids TV. My favorite show though, is Little House on the Prairie. I also love that there are no commercials on PBS. So nice!

I love all kids shows! I think most mom's do, and if they don't admit it, they are lying.
I've never liked cartoons. That's one of Brian's roles as a father- to watch the new kid movies with our kids. But, when Hannah Montana comes on... I plop myself down on the couch and LOVE it.
You know I love Arthur too! I wish we had TIVO because it comes on right when I am trying to get the kids ready for school. Save them all and we can have an Arthur marathon when I come and visit sometime.
Ok that is so ironic that this is your post because seriously today I turned Arthur on for Jake. I've never seen it before but was just looking for any cartoon. After a minute he wandered off playing with toys, and I found myself struggling to turn off the t.v. The story and show was so interesting to me for some reason and I was totally laughing at myself. Well, I guess now I know that I'm not the only one who felt oddly drawn to that show.
