On Being "Busy"
Anyone who knows me well, knows that I hate "busy". When there are people that are just generally busy and will make life busy when it could be otherwise are usually not my favorite people to be around. This past month has been maybe the busiest of our little family's life and I am against busy-ness, so I have not blogged in order to cut out something. Being busy is bad for everyone. My life's goal is to push away from being too busy. How many times have I used the word busy? I am trying to make you hate "busy" too. This word sounds stranger the more you say it. Let's all avoid being too busy when we can help it... okay?

haha deal! i didnt attend the umpteenth millionth book club around here this week in order to avoid business. it felt good.
Amen to that! "Certain people" are just stressful to be around and it seems to come out especially strong this time of year. Isn't it nice to just allow yourself to be in denial about things you really ought to be doing, and instead just go outside and play? Unfortunately, my dislike for "busy" has also gotten me into trouble on a couple of occasions...Well worth it though.
I have been fighting the "busy" sickness for two years now and some times I win and sometimes I lose!
I agree that "busy" is such an annoying word and yes your post made me hate it even more. :) I am going to start saying "swamped" instead. "I am just so swamped right now". I guess any way you say it is annoying...
